Gyu Richie’s live action film for Aladdin keeps moving forward, and this time we have confirmed who is going to play the villain Jafar on it, and no: it won’t be Tom Hardy.
According to THR, 34 years ol actor Marwan Kenzari is going to play the main villain of the film. Kenzari has been envolved in another films like The Mummy (2017) or Ben-Hur (2016).
Along with this, we know the film will have Naomi Scott and Mena Massoud playing Jasmine and Aladdin respectivly, while Will Smith is set to play the magic genius.
